“Bootsie” Hanson
Before starting Bug Pro Florida, Frances was Southeast Regional Manager for a national pest management company. There she provided training and quality control reviews to its branches, as well as sales and marketing support. She also worked as a project manager for a national contract services company. Frances is certified by the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services in the areas of General Household Pest Control, Lawn and Ornamental, Termite Control, Public Health Pest Control, Aquatic Plant Management and Right of Way Control. She is a member
of the Jacksonville Chamber of Commerce, Professional Women’s Council,
Business Network International, Florida Pest Management Association and
Certified Pest Control Operators of Florida. Outside of work, and
“lots of pest control paper work,” she jokes, Frances enjoys
gardening and boating. Tammi Waters Tammi Waters is a seasoned finance professional with nearly 20 years of accounting experience in the Jacksonville area. She is responsible for all aspects of fiscal management, forecasting and reporting for Bug Pro Florida. That includes oversight of the firm's daily operations, as well as development of a comprehensive policy of internal controls and inventory management. Along with her accounting responsibilities, Tammi oversees all corporate documentation requirements and renewals, licensing renewal schedules, government registrations and small business certifications. She identifies, reviews and submits bids, technical proposals and associated documents and supports staff in the field when necessary. Prior to Bug Pro Florida, Tammi provided practice support as the internal bookkeeper for Ernst & Young and was an accounts receivables specialists at National Linen and Uniform Service. Outside of her professional duties, Tammi enjoys spending time with her son, with whom she enjoys time at the beach, camping and fishing. She also volunteers at Hendricks Day School and with Arlington Little League. Affiliations Bug Pro Florida is a member of the National Pest Management Association. the Florida Pest Management Association and the Certified Pest Control Operators of Florida. These associations ensure quality of pest management operators through education, networking and advocacy.
